Welcome to CASS Winery, a breathtaking vineyard, Barrel Room and Inn situated in the heart of California Wine Country. Located in Paso Robles on Linne Road, nestled amongst the sun soaked rolling hills carved out by the Huer Huero Riverbed, the CASS vineyard offers 360 views of ancient oaks, native grasses and vines.
CASS Winery is an event venue hosting weddings, rehearsal dinners, welcome receptions, corporate and social events. Full weddings have access to our navy blue vintage 1946 Chrysler limousine and a two night stay in our bridal suite at the Geneseo Inn. Available rentals for onsite events include farm tables, 120” wooden round tables, 6’ banquet tables, 8’ banquet tables, cocktail tables, mahogany chivari chairs, coffee folding chairs, wine barrel bars, and both indoor and outdoor lounge furniture. Please note that plates, flatware, stemware, bar ware, napkins, linens for the tables, or any other decorative items such as candles, flowers, pipe & drape, or printed menus are not provided. However, rented place settings, decorative tabletop items, specialty lighting, and other rentals and installations are welcomed upon venue approval.
The barrel room is situated with permanent large panels of LED light panels to set the best hues for your event. The foyer bar embellished with wine oak wine staves and a steel top is a permanent fixture that caters to both indoor and outdoor service. The property uplights, bistro light over the wedding walk and the vines are all permanent installations.
If having a ceremony onsite at CASS Winery, it will be under the ancient oaks with a full surround of grapevines and rolling hills. Guests can be dropped off directly at the ceremony site, or meander down the wedding walk through the vines from the barrel room. There is a choice of two oak trees for the perfect ceremony aesthetic, with a direct aisle option or a meandering path from the 1946 vintage Chrysler Limousine as the grand entrance.
Prior to ceremony, the dinner tables will be preset in the barrel room with all the doors closed. Following the ceremony, guests will find their way toward the foyer and verandas of the Barrel Room for cocktail hour. The vineyard grows clear up to the veranda borders for a truly immersive experience.
The cocktail reception will be on the barrel room verandas, foyer and back oak tree space. The main wine stave decorated bar in the foyer can service beer and wine selections, while the rental of a bar and bar service for spirit cocktails are welcome on the back veranda and oak tree upon venue approval. We like to welcome couples to a venue reveal, and moment alone, just before guests are invited to take their seats for dinner.
Following your cocktail reception, the large bay door will roll up for welcoming guests inside. The bays are welcome to remain open for a truly alfresco style experience as the sun shining through the vines baths the space in green light before washing over in warm golden tones for sunset.
Once guests are seated, many couples make a grand entrance through the large sliding doors between the barrels. The large barrel room layout gives ample space for first dances, special dances, toasts, dessert displays, cake cutting and champagne towers.
Guest dancing becomes an instant party under the colored LED light panels reflected on the smooth concrete flooring of the Barrel Room. Large sound cloud make the acoustics perfect for live music or DJ. If all 8 rooms of the Geneseo Inn have been secured by the party, the Amplified music curfew is at 12pm. If rooms of the Geneseo Inn were left for the general public to book, then the amplified music curfew is at 10pm.
Located at the main entrance of the barrel room, the foyer is replete with multi stall bathrooms, lounge areas, a grand piano and a large bar with cocktail tables. The sliding doors that lead into the barrel room are often draped and make for a stunning location for an escort wall or table, guest sign-in book, gift table, and photo booth.
The perfect view for sunset, the verandas are a picturesque spot for cocktail hour. With unlimited batted views of the hills and vineyard, golden hour provides a show of color and long shadows. Replete with inset lighting and heating, the verandas are the spot for lingering after dinner with a cocktail. Enjoy the warmth of a fire pit and relish the Paso night after time on the dance floor.
Enhance the impact and beauty of your cocktail hour by using the oak space for lawn games, a cocktail bar, added lounge sets or even a cigar bar. The blank canvas of this space allows you to create. Enhance the feel of the space with additional bistro lights or chandeliers. All specialty lighting, and other rentals and installations are welcomed upon venue approval.
The vineyard walk is an immersive experience that guides guests through the vines to connect them from the ceremony to cocktail hour. This wide alley through the vines serves as an incredible space for long tables and an atmospheric dinner. While many clients plan their rehearsal dinner in the vines, the space can accommodate up to 100 guests for a smaller wedding.
Unique to the CASS Vineyard is the Geneseo Inn, a luxury boutique bed and breakfast situated in the middle of the CASS vineyard. Mere steps to the Barrel Room, The Geneseo offers clients and guests the potential for a true weekend retreat. While the day wedding package includes the bridal suite for two nights, the weekend wedding package includes all 8 rooms for two nights for the perfect wedding party home base. Enjoy breakfast in bed, s’mores by the fire pit, ebike rides through the vineyard and more. At the end of the long wedding day, the short walk back to the room will feel like the most welcome indulgence.

Whether booking a weekend wedding package or a wedding day package, CASS Winery allows for early set up on Thursday for draping, lighting and rental drop off. Vendor strike can be permitted on the day after the event, venue permitting.

Their Executive Chef, Candice Custodio, is a CIA trained chef associated with the James Beard Foundation. With a passion steeped in Latin fusion, Chef Candice highlights the ingredients from local farmers with a sophisticated and layered elegance. In addition, all events will enjoy exclusive CASS wines produced by the very vines surrounding guests’ throughout their entire experience.
